At Faze Tools, we know what we do best – and we focus on it with absolute dedication. For twelve years, we have been the Midwest’s only non-manufacturer ANCA grinder specialist, providing the best in service and support for the full range of modern and legacy ANCA machines.
For ten years, our forerunner A&F Engineering built a reputation for integrity, expertise, and quality the old fashioned way: one customer at a time. Our many satisfied customers knew that they could always turn to us for prompt, attentive service, and that they could count upon us to “fix it right the first time.” Now as Faze Tools, we are building upon this legacy of achievement—but without ever forgetting our many loyal clients, whose support has made us what we are today.

Steve J. Morris – President & Sales Manager
After graduating high school, Steve worked for a few short years as a certified auto mechanic. While trying to find his place in society, he was offered a job in a prototype wood model shop. He originally took the job for the increased pay, but soon became fascinated with this highly technical industry. From then on he has worked in almost every aspect of the machine tool trade, gaining invaluable knowledge all the way.
Using his skills gained from the 20+ years experience in the field, Steve has a very in-depth working knowledge on all aspects of machine tool functionality, diagnostics, electrical and mechanical repair.
With over 15 years of experience in the service industry alone, Steve has learned that customer relations are the top priority and down time is not an option. He looks forward to meeting and talking to new customers, having well established relationships with current customers and taking the next challenge head on.
